Our return policy only applies to orders made on our website If you would like to return or exchange a Scoot & Ride product purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly.


Proof of purchase from our website is required for any refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase (as indicated on the electronic receipt). After 14 days, the products are considered final sale and are no longer returnable or exchangeable.

Products must be new and in their original packaging, including labels. We reserve the right to inspect returned products prior to completing the refund or exchange. If the return is approved, the refund will be completed within 5 business days. For returned products that are no longer in the original condition and packaging, and therefore no longer resalable, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. The shipping costs associated with the return of goods will be at the customer's expense.

Exchanges are treated as a new order. We will credit the value of the returned merchandise, and a new order will need to be placed. Please note that these two steps do not have to happen in chronological order.
