SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders for products that are in stock are prepared and shipped within 2 business days, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
Your order will be dispatched based on the shipping method that is faster and more reliable, and deliveries generally occur Monday through Friday. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please contact us by email at email@example.com to discuss availability and costs.
All shipping charges incurred to send the order are non-refundable, and all returns will be at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and shipments not collected from shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
CLAIMS AND CANCELLATIONS
All damage claims must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Any order errors (if any) must be reported in writing to us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the goods.

We offer free shipping for all orders of $ 100 or more (taxes excluded). This is valid regardless of the destination Province or territory.
We charge a flat fee of $ 10 for all orders of $100 or less (taxes excluded). This fee is the same regardless of the destination Province or territory.
We also offer Express shipping for all orders. The fees and delays for this service are indicated at checkout. The shipping delay is approximate for each province, and it might be longer than indicated if the delivery address is located in a rural area.
